Our prescription eyewear is made to order based on the specifications of your prescription. We do our best to process all our orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, but lead times are not a bona fide guarantee, simply an estimation. Here are some timescales for our most popular brands.
You are more than welcome to choose express delivery options for prescription orders, and this will ensure you get your glasses as quickly as possible. However, this does not mean prescription eyewear will arrive the day after ordering! If you need your glasses for a particular date, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to help out.

Love at first sight is a nice idea, but we appreciate you might not hit it off with your purchase first time! We offer a full refund or exchange on all non-prescription eyewear for 28 days after delivery.
If you want to return your purchase, simply return it to us in a fully resalable condition, remembering to include any documentation and accessories included with your eyewear.
For UK orders we offer a free returns service. Whether you want to return a purchase or your home trial, follow this link to begin the process of returning your parcel.
The process couldn’t be simpler. Just select the size of your parcel and enter the required details including your order number, name and address.
You can then create your label, attach it to your parcel and take it to your local Post Office for dispatch.

We have extended our returns period for the holiday season. For orders placed between 1st November and 24th December 2018, you will have until 11th January 2019 to return your items for a refund or exchange. This excludes any prescription items – please see our prescription returns policy below for more information.
