Prices include all international fees
To make international shopping easy, all of our prices include your local VAT/sales tax and duty. No extra charges will be required prior to delivery.
All orders will be sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), which means that Tortoise+Black will pre-pay all charges. International deliveries are not subject to UK VAT and this has already been removed from our international prices.
In Stock (Non-prescription) Orders
We aim to process all orders placed by 2pm (Monday-Friday) for despatch on the same day. All orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following working day.

Delivery timescales apply once your order has completed. Prescription eyewear is made to order, please use the Prescription Lead Times tab above for a full overview.

We process all our orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, but by its nature prescription eyewear is made to order. As such, very occasionally delays can occur. If your order is going to be held up, our opticians will be in touch straight away. The above dates are for production, and delivery times need to be added. Please contact us, if you need your glasses for a particular date.
Love at first sight is a nice idea, but we appreciate you might not hit it off with your purchase first time, you have 14 days after delivery to return your item for a refund. Items must be in perfect condition with any labels/stickers still attached. Premium delivery charges (e.g. next day and international delivery) are non-refundable, unless a product is found to be faulty. We offer the following return options:
UK Returns
Royal Mail Returns Service
A return fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund. We will take responsibility for the return once the item has been handed over, but you do need to retain your Royal Mail receipt. Your return can be arranged via Royal Mail.
In Store Returns
Our opening hours are Monday–Friday/9am-5pm. We will issue a full refund of the order value.
Prescription Returns
As prescription sunglasses, glasses and goggles are made to order, we are only able to refund the cost of the frames and not the lenses. For more information, or if you are having problems with the vision in your new glasses, please call 01780 433033 or email lab@rxsport.co.uk
Home Trial Returns
Your return is included in the price of your trial, and your return can be arranged via Royal Mail.
International (non UK) Returns
You take responsibility for returning the item to us and the costs incurred. Please ensure that the item is marked as a return to avoid customs fees being due, as we will not take responsibility for the payment of these fees.
