Royal Mail Tracked

We ship all of our standard deliveries on a Royal Mail Tracked Service. Your order should be delivered to your door within 3 - 5 working days. Once your item has left us, we'll send you an email with tracking information.

DPD Next Working Day

For express UK deliveries, we use DPD’s Next-Day Delivery service. This option is perfect for urgent orders as they will arrive with you on the next working day. You will receive frequent tracking updates and will be given a two-hour window for delivery. You can also follow the journey of your order on the DPD app.

*Please note: this option is available for prescription lenses to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. However, this does not mean they will arrive the next working day. Should you need your prescription glasses delivered by a specific date, please do not hesitate to get in touch and our team will be happy to help out.

DPD Saturday

Our DPD Saturday Delivery is an express UK service that is available for those of you who want your order to be delivered on the weekend.

We process all our orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, but by its nature prescription eyewear is made to order. As such, very occasionally delays can occur. If your order is going to be held up, our opticians will be in touch straight away. The above dates are for production, and delivery times need to be added. Please contact us, if you need your glasses for a particular date.
