Returns

Love at first sight is a nice idea, but we appreciate you might not hit it off with your purchase first time, you have 14 days after delivery to return your item for a refund. Items must be in perfect condition with the original packaging and any labels/stickers still attached. Premium delivery charges (e.g. next day and international delivery) are non-refundable, unless a product is found to be faulty. We offer the following return options:

UK Returns
Royal Mail Returns Service
A return fee of £3.00 will be deducted from your refund. We will take responsibility for the return once the item has been handed over, but you do need to retain your Royal Mail receipt. Your return can be arranged via Royal Mail.
In Store Returns
Our opening hours are Monday–Friday/9am-5pm. We will issue a full refund of the order value.
Prescription Returns
As prescription sunglasses, glasses and goggles are made to order, we are only able to refund the cost of the frames and not the lenses. For more information, or if you are having problems with the vision in your new glasses, please call 01780 433033 or email lab@tortoiseandblack.com
Home Trial Returns
Your return is included in the price of your trial, and your return can be arranged via Royal Mail.
