The debut of “Bonnie” draws inspiration from the free-spirited attitude and enduring femininity at the heart of Chloé. With a view to both the past and the present, this new design simultaneously expresses a vintage feel with a strong contemporary edge.
Distinguished by an oversize infinity shape, “Bonnie” has been conceived in light acetate profiles of differing thicknesses, which speak to the brand’s attention to savoir-faire and elegant craftmanship.
The generous, rounded front design is offset with straight temples that extend to laminated temple tips in contrasting colors. Here, signature Chloé eardrop cutouts define each tip as an aesthetic and functional way to attach the jewellery-inspired chain accessory.
Featured in the Fall/Winter 2019 runway show and advertising campaign, the new “Bonnie” style is offered as a sunglass in Light Havana, Havana, Havana/Gradient Brown and Light Havana/Gradient Purple, as well as an optical style in Light Havana and Havana.
